Our developer range is engineered around this truth. Carcasses are built from BWP and pre-laminated boards. Edges are sealed with industrial PVC banding rated for residential humidity cycles. Hardware is soft-close commercial-grade — drawer channels rated for 80,000+ cycles, hinges that hold alignment across a decade of homeowner use, and shutter systems that look identical in tower one and tower three.

Our facility in Vasi spans 15,000 sq. ft. of production floor, with CNC woodworking, edge-banding lines, and a supervised finishing unit. Modular Wardrobe
The wardrobe is the single largest piece of furniture handed over to a homebuyer — and the one they will live with for a decade. A wardrobe that leaves a gap at the ceiling, a shutter that doesn't sit flush, or a sliding track that sticks after a year, is the most common complaint developers face at the one-year service review. For a project of two hundred flats, that's two hundred avoidable complaints.
Our developer-grade wardrobe range is built to eliminate exactly these failures. Wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling fitment in every flat — measured to the slab and finished to the ceiling, with zero awkward gaps. Sliding-door variants for compact bedrooms, hinged-door variants for master bedrooms, and walk-in configurations for premium-tier flats.
Internal organisation is standardised across the project: hanging rail at standard height, two shelves above and one drawer module at base, with optional mirror, jewellery tray, and shoe-rack inserts depending on flat-tier specification.
Modular Kitchen
The modular kitchen is the most photographed room in a sample flat — and the single biggest visual signal of the developer's quality positioning. A poorly built kitchen does not just disappoint the homebuyer; it tells every walk-in client in the sample flat that the project is cutting corners. For a luxury or premium-tier project, this is a positioning disaster.
Our developer-grade kitchen range is built to project quality and perform across the homebuyer's first decade. Marine-grade or BWP carcasses, scratch-resistant heat-tolerant shutters, and commercial-grade soft-close hardware on every drawer and hinge. Granite or quartz counters cut to the exact dimensions of each flat plan, with sink cut-outs and chimney clearances factory-set.
We supply across kitchen layouts — straight, L-shape, U-shape, parallel, and open-island for premium flats — with optional loft units, tall pantry, corner carousels, and integrated appliance spaces. The configuration is locked at sample-flat approval and then replicated identically across every flat of that tier in the project.
Bedroom Sets
The bedroom set is the homebuyer's first impression of their actual living space — the room they will step into on possession day and start their new home in. A bedroom that arrives without a bed, with a mismatched dresser, or with a wall-panel that fails to align with the headboard, undermines the entire handover experience the developer has worked years to deliver.
Our developer-grade bedroom range is built as a complete matched set: bed frame with hydraulic under-bed storage, paired bedside tables, dresser with mirror, and full-wall headboard panelling — all in a single finish, proportioned for each flat tier's bedroom dimensions, and installed as one cohesive environment in every flat.
Configurations are pre-specified at sample-flat approval. Premium-tier bedrooms get upholstered headboards and integrated LED lighting; standard-tier bedrooms get plain-panel headboards with the same hydraulic storage and soft-close drawer hardware.
TV Units
The TV unit is the visual anchor of the living room — the first piece every visiting guest sees, and the piece that frames the developer's interior design choice in the most viewed corner of every flat. A free-standing TV cabinet placed against a blank wall looks like an afterthought; a wall-to-wall integrated TV system looks like the flat was designed.
Our developer-grade TV units are full-wall living-room systems — not standalone cabinets. Floor-to-ceiling panelled wall with integrated TV space, flanking storage towers, floating shelves, concealed wiring channels, and optional back-panel textures or LED accent strips. Each unit is sized to the exact wall width of the flat's living-room plan.
Configurations are tiered: standard flats get a clean panel system with flanking storage; premium flats get fluted wood or fabric-panel accents, with optional integrated lighting and TV-display niches sized to the developer's specified screen size.
